We are looking to welcome a Program Manager to provide leadership and practice support to a multi-disciplinary team, proactively tender for new packages and build strong stakeholder relationships.
Full time permanent opportunity.Level 8 under the SCHCADS Award.
Salary range is 124,844 - $129,764 + Super.Key Responsibilities:Provide leadership, professional support and quality management of the Individual Support Services program.Line management responsibilities of ISS team members that may include Team Leaders, Allied Health Practitioners and other specialist roles.Build relationships with key partners to ensure the achievement of outcomes for individual children and the program.Implement and monitor the use of a shared practice framework that includes assessment and evidence-informed interventions.About YouA tertiary degree in a relevant discipline (allied health, social work, human services).At least five (5) years' experience leading a multidisciplinary team in a similar program and environment.Highly developed knowledge of child protection issues and the child protection sector in Queensland.Experience and capacity to foster and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders, partners and the community.Other RequirementsEligibility for a Working with Children Check or professional exemption.Current driver's licence.Legally able to work in Australia (proof of eligibility will be requested).About ApplyingJob applications will be reviewed as soon as submitted.Please submit your resume and cover letter addressing the key responsibilities of the role.We welcome you to share any support or adjustments you need to enable you to participate equitably in our recruitment process.
