Your Opportunity This role will be responsible for managing the Reconnect, Going Places and Immediate Housing Response services and delivering high quality and contractual complaint services to clients in the local community.
Your key responsibilities will be to: Lead local teams in the delivery of program requirements and be responsible for quality framework, program targets, compliance and KPIs Develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and contribute towards MA Projects, programs or activities by providing specialist advice, support and assistance Demonstrate leadership of the team and be responsible for staff training, performance management, recruitment and ensure the operations of the service compliant with the Enterprise Agreement/Award.
Develop and deliver accurate reports on the service to the Area Manager and assist with or prepare budgets as required Requirements for Success Demonstrated experience in leading a team in a complex service delivery setting Relevant degree with experience or associate diploma with substantial experience Demonstrated understanding of and experience working within homelessness and youth sector Experience in budget and financial management Demonstrated interest in community and social outcomes Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders Current valid QLD drivers' license Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, referee checks, and WWCC.
