What this opportunity involves: The objective of Portfolio Program Management is to provide our Client with strategic support, co-ordination and operational program management services.
This means coordinating and implementing delivery of the Services in a way that achieves their business objectives and represents industry best practice.
Snapshot of the role: Project Leadership: Provide overall direction and leadership for the Sydney Consolidation projectDevelop and implement project strategies, plans, and objectivesEnsure project alignment with organisational goals and stakeholder expectationsAdhere to and oversee governance for the programStakeholder Management: Lead engagements with internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate closely with the leasing team and developerManage relationships with key project partners and vendorsDeliver regular, comprehensive project reports to senior management and stakeholdersProject Delivery: Oversee the project delivery team to ensure adherence to timelines and budgetsMonitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategiesMake critical decisions to keep the project on track and resolve issues as they ariseCross-functional Leadership: Engage and lead internal security, technology, communications, and change management teamsEnsure integration of all project components for a cohesive deliveryFacilitate effective communication and collaboration across diverse teamsFinancial Management: Manage project budget and resources efficientlyMonitor and control project costs, ensuring alignment with financial objectivesIdentify and capitalise on opportunities for cost optimisationQuality Assurance: Establish and maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycleImplement and oversee quality control processes and proceduresSound like the job you are looking for?
