About the roleOur new Program Manager will oversee a long-term program to enhance the TrackR system, ensuring benefits realisation from various projects. Responsibilities include robust program planning, cost management, risk/issue management, and governance to meet time/cost/scope/quality parameters within the V/Line Enterprise Project Management Framework (EPMF).
The role involves indirectly leading a specialist project team, managing stakeholders, and balancing priorities. Partnering with executive sponsors, the Program Manager will focus on client-side experience and stakeholder engagement to successfully implement changes and achieve program goals.
About youOur ideal candidate will possess the following: Must have 3 – 5 years' experience successfully working in Senior Program Manager positions, within complex business environmentsMajority of Program Management experience must be in-house, business-side (not via 3rd party consultancies)Proven experience and success in engaging with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally, from junior team members all the way to senior executive leadershipStrong and thorough understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)Qualifications and demonstrated experience applying either PRINCE2 / PMP / Agile frameworks & methodologiesEstablished experience working in Government environments (highly preferred)Tertiary qualification in Project Manager or related discipline (highly preferred)Change Management experience (highly preferred)Remuneration for this position is commensurate to the successful candidate's aligned skills and experience to the position.
