Temporary full time role up to December 2025State-wide location with flexible work and hybrid options availableClerk Grade 11/12 Salary ($139,787 - $161,663) plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loadingAbout The AgencyThe NSW Reconstruction Authority (the Authority) is a statutory corporation within Planning, Housing and Infrastructure.
The Authority will improve how NSW plans for disasters and help communities to recover from them faster.
To reduce the severity and impacts of disasters, the Authority will complete critical planning and preparation with communities, NGOs, businesses and government.
When disaster does strike, we will get recovery started swiftly and coordinate reconstruction efforts across agencies, communities and other stakeholders.
About The RoleWe are seeking an experienced leader with a passion for driving strategic programs that make a difference in communities.
As a Program Manager, You Will Be Responsible ForProgram Leadership: Direct your team in designing and managing strategic programs, employing project management methodologies to deliver outstanding outcomes.Contracting and Budget Management: Oversee grant programs, contracting, tendering, and capital works programs, including budget estimates and performance reporting.Stakeholder Engagement: Consult with District staff and service delivery partners to address emerging issues and develop programs that align with service delivery needs.Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulations, and guidelines in grants contracting and service procurement.Performance Reporting: Manage performance and reporting activities to monitor program deliverables and client outcomes.Expert Advice: Provide proactive, evidence-based advice and reports to senior leadership to inform business decisions.Relationship Management: Cultivate key internal and external relationships to ensure effective program development, planning, and policy implementation.Team Management: Lead and drive team management, work planning, coaching, and professional development to align resources with program priorities.About YouAs the successful candidate of this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
