This role involves overseeing the successful management of programs or projects within various operational areas, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to map dependencies, work with various delivery methodologies, and engage both internal and external stakeholders. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage third-party vendors, and present to senior leadership.Candidates MUST be Australian Citizens, with a minimum Negative Vetting (NV1) or higher clearance.Key Responsibilities Include:Mapping dependencies across projects and programs, as well as scheduling initiatives within a program of work.Using, adapting, and working across various delivery methodologies.Building and promoting program vision and developing a collaborative team culture and approach to the delivery of program objectives and benefits.Developing and presenting Board papers and briefing materials.Demonstrating experience with program governance, including planning, financials, reporting, risks and issues, benefits, and dependency management.Engaging and managing third-party vendors through Federal Government procurement processes.Does this sound like a perfect role for you?
