We currently have an opportunity for a Program Manager to join our team. Lead and deliver transformative technology projects, driving business value through strategic program management, stakeholder collaboration, and innovation.
What you'll do The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:
Manage the program to enhance and uplift a critical operational system, ensuring delivery of multiple technology projects on time, within scope, and to budget.Lead program governance, risk management, and resource allocation, ensuring seamless collaboration with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and external partners.Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from development to execution, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and are effectively handed over to support teams.Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment, mentoring project management staff and driving continuous improvement within the program.Maintain alignment with organisational standards, proactively manage program dependencies, and document all activities for future evaluation and learning.What you'll bring Tertiary qualifications in IT, computer science, business, or a related discipline, with certifications in Project Management (PMI, Prince2) and Agile (SAFe, Scrum, or similar).Extensive experience in enterprise program and project management, including implementing business change and agile methodologies.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with a deep understanding of program delivery and cybersecurity risk management.Proven commercial acumen with expertise in understanding business cases, achieving financial objectives, and fostering effective business relationships.High level of responsibility, initiative, and results orientation, with critical thinking, autonomy, and the ability to manage complex projects effectively.More than anything, you'll have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a drive to provide high quality outcomes for the Social Infrastructure and Citizen Services business unit and our clients.
