Reporting to the Head of Global Operations, you'll lead a growing team of 2 project managers and 2 coordinators, spearheading the delivery of large-scale installations.

You're exactly who we're looking for.What You'll DoDrive the team to meet and exceed monthly installation targets.Assess individual projects' impacts on the portfolio and proactively raise potential risks.Develop contingency plans and corrective actions to mitigate risks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.Oversee project reporting, resolve conflicts, and monitor progress.Provide clear, engaging updates to senior management.Foster a strong, motivated team environment, offering leadership and direction in challenging situations.Negotiate, influence, and innovate to achieve project goals within scope, schedule, and budget.Manage vendor relationships and coordinate international hardware procurement.Own PMO training and onboarding to empower team success.What You BringProven experience managing (digital) installation projects from start to finish.Leadership experience with a knack for motivating teams.Certification in Prince 2 or PMBoK.Experience in retail or hospitality sectors is highly desirable, especially with Centre Management.Ability to interpret floor plans and technical drawings.A technical understanding of IT infrastructure is beneficial.Ready to Make an Impact?This is your chance to elevate your career while playing a critical role in an exciting, innovative organization.
