About the Role
We're looking for a Program Managerfor our Continuing Professional Development (CPD) team in Sydney to take the lead in shaping and delivering our Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Program.
This role is all about creating impact—designing and delivering programs that empower professionals, enhance skills, and drive meaningful change in their careers and communities.
As the Program Manager, CPD, you'll have the opportunity to:
Lead the strategic direction, development, and delivery of the CPD Program, ensuring it meets the needs of over 20,000 CPD participants.Bring fresh thinking and ideas to enhance the program's value and reach.Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to ensure seamless program design and delivery.Innovate, adapt, and continuously improve the program to stay ahead of emerging trends.Inspire and lead a dynamic team to achieve outstanding results.Desired Skills and ExperienceWho We're Looking For
