Use your experience to oversee the highest standards and excellence in all aspects of service delivery to our clients, adding value and contribute to the continuing success and growth of Children's Therapy Services.
The Program Manager will provide operational leadership to manage, support and build capacity of a dedicated team of Allied Health professionals to provide high quality services, integrating the developmental and therapeutic needs of children in order to increase children's meaningful participation in daily life.
This leadership role includes taking responsibility for all aspects of business management, ensuring the highest standards, compliance and governance of the NDIS and clinical frameworks are met, while also exhibiting a commercially focussed lens to achieve operational and financial targets.
Please note, this is a Fixed-Term position. You will stand out if you: have demonstrated leadership experience in service delivery, program management and planning to deliver compliant and responsive healthcare services to meet the needs of the local communitydemonstrate a strong understanding of financial drivers to achieve viability; managing profit and loss performance, budget development, financial performance analysis, and data driven decision making to improve efficiency and maintain/grow profitsexhibit a strong understanding of regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements in the disability services sector, demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of the NDIS and other funding models used within the Allied Health sectorhave excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to develop rapport and positive working relationships with staff, stakeholders and families from a broad range of social and cultural backgrounds.embody a genuine passion in creating a safe, secure and nurturing environmentAll bestchance Children's Therapy Services staff are required to hold a WWCC and be able to provide a satisfactory National/International Criminal History Check and NDIS Screening Clearance prior to employment.
