About the roleWe are seeking a values-driven and proactive Program Manager! You will manage and lead service delivery, operations, and staff at Cairns Homelessness Services.
The Program Manager will oversee the provision of case management and mobile support for community members experiencing homelessness in Cairns.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, this is a permanent full-time position, based in Cairns, QLD.
Salary and conditions are in accordance with SCHADS Award Level 7.
You will successfullyManage client complaints process, oversight of incidents, complaints & feedback, and management of complex or referred issues/incidentsLead continuous quality improvementFind resolution and management of workforce issues such as performance management, conduct, or disciplinary issuesDeliver state agendas and operational/local plans aligned to national agendasWork to embed the National Homelessness Stream Model of Care in your team, which underpins homelessness services across the country and defines expectations and standards for those we serve, our partners and allies, and the Australian communityYou will haveDegree qualification in social work, welfare, community development, or related field ORDemonstrated high level of sector knowledge and skills attained through previous appointments, service, and study/developmentRelevant experience in a social service environment including in leading and supervising staffA current and relevant QLD Working with Children Check is requiredWhat we offerAs a registered NFP, we offer our eligible employees real and meaningful benefits such as:
