The Opportunity This position offers an exciting chance to spearhead projects in sustainable agriculture, natural resource management, and right-way Healthy Country initiatives within a dynamic team environment.
You'll take charge of crafting and executing project plans, managing contracts, and preparing proposal submissions alongside clients and land and sea management partners.
Timely and budget-conscious project completion will be a key focus.

The Tasks Ahead Lead and deliver projects in sustainable agriculture, natural resource management, and right-way Healthy Country initiatives within a collaborative team.
Develop, manage, and deliver project plans, contracts, and proposal submissions with clients and land and sea management partners.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Manage and mentor a small team.

Key Requirements Experience in building and maintaining professional relationships with managers of agricultural enterprises and/or Aboriginal organisations, communities, and stakeholders Proven skills in program coordination, project management, contract, and budget management Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal and organisational skills Understanding of regional socio-economic issues and natural resource management challenges Preferred: Qualification in Natural Resource Management, Agricultural Science, Environmental Science, or similar Mandatory: Valid C Class Manual WA Driver's Licence Mandatory: Current Police Clearance The Benefits Location: Broome, Western Australia Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $120K + Super & Additional Benefits including potential relocation assistance
