Some of your key duties will include:Plan, develop, and maintain a comprehensive biosecurity emergency management framework.Represent Biosecurity Tasmania at Commonwealth, State, and Regional government committees.Provide strategic and operational emergency management advice to Biosecurity Tasmania and other stakeholders.Design and coordinate training activities and exercises.Coordinate the development of contingency plans and resource mobilisation strategies.About usThe Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania (NRE Tas) is committed to our vision of "delivering a sustainable Tasmania" where our natural resources, cultural values and environment are recognised and used sustainably to support our future prosperity.
