Role Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in AI development and deployment within the energy or utilities sector.
This pivotal role focuses on managing initiatives at a program level, collaborating closely with leaders in the Business-As-Usual (BAU) space to drive innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate multiple initiatives within the AI development and deployment domain, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Collaborate with BAU leaders to identify opportunities for AI integration to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and customer experiences.Manage program-level governance, including reporting, resource allocation, risk management, and performance monitoring.Foster alignment between AI-focused initiatives and existing operational frameworks, ensuring seamless transitions and implementation.Work with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business leaders, to drive AI adoption and create measurable value.Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements within the energy and utilities sector.Qualifications: Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar leadership role, with a focus on AI initiatives.Demonstrated expertise in the energy or utilities industry, with a deep understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities.Strong knowledge of AI technologies, development methodologies, and deployment strategies.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.Experience working within BAU environments and bridging the gap between operations and technology innovation.Familiarity with Agile and/or other project/program management methodologies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
