Duration: 12 months – with 3 x 12 month extension options

Basic Requirements:
AGSVA Security clearanceExperienced as Level 3 and Level 2 Program management support in ADF Program Management OfficeExperience in managing Program Strategic risks and issues records in CapabilityOne (and other recognised capability reporting platforms) and prepare reports for governance meetingsExperience implementing program management methodologies and processes to improve business operationsExperience preparing agendas, documents, presentations and record minutesExperience preparing documents, presentations and record the minutes of Integrated Project Management Team (IPMT) meetingsExperience delivering monthly reports on Program Management Office outcomesExperience preparing briefs on project and program mattersExperience managing Program liaison and data entry for the Defence Synchronisation Tool, ModelPedia, and the ServiceNow portals and dashboardsExperience providing administrative and planning support for event managementTo receive the full information for this position, please "apply now" with your CV.
