**What's the role?
** Are you a multitasking expert with a passion for crafting exceptional digital experiences?
Join The Australian and Prestige brands (Vogue, Vogue Living and GQ) as a Program Management & Experience Manager in our Marketing, Audience, and Digital Development team., Where you'll play a key role in leading and executing our digital customer experience projects and driving audience growth programs.
In this role, you'll collaborate with various stakeholders to manage the end-to-end delivery of key digital growth projects.
You'll drive digital feature ideation supported by business benefit sizing to ensure our digital experiences are leveraging emerging trends and customer insights to deliver on key business outcomes.
You'll be integral in developing our digital product roadmap and audience growth strategies, being the CX expert and the voice of our customers working in partnership with technology and digital product managers and delivery teams.
Your efforts will ensure that our digital experiences achieve outstanding results for both consumers (readers, registered users and subscribers) and commercial partners.
**Responsibilities:** + Identify digital experience enhancements across web, app and off platform products that solve our customers problems and support our business growth objectives.
+ Using CX best practices you'll drive inspiration from market-leading examples monitoring industry trends and proactively identifying growth opportunities to stay ahead of market developments.
+ Co-ordinate end-to-end digital projects and audience growth programs with a focus on customer experience, UI and UX, ensuring all business units deliver objectives, within scope, and on budget.Proactively identify potential project risks and create mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
+ Gather and document business opportunities, validate user experience solutions and size business benefits.
+ Collaborate with key business stakeholders to deliver a funnel of ideas feeding into the digital product roadmap.
Working in collaboration with product managers and delivery managers within our Technology and Digital product team.
+ Work with data and insight teams to measure project success, identify optimization opportunities, and enhance digital experiences.

+ A strong collaborator with a proven track record in managing complex projects and delivering exceptional customer outcomes, skilled at building effective relationships across teams and stakeholders.
+ Equipped with excellent attention to detail, and a history of leveraging insights to achieve tangible commercial results.
+ Technical proficiency and experience in digital product development are highly beneficial.. + Strong visual communication skills.
You have experience communicating ideas and information that visually inspires, influences and tells a compelling story.
