Full time, fixed term, 4 years (+4), leadership role starting in 2025 Independent Catholic all-boys secondary school, part of the EREA network Middle Leader Tier 3 - $140,059 plus Superannuation About the role The position will establish and oversee programs that enhance the employability skills and future tertiary pathways of all students at the College. This includes overseeing the College Industry Placement and Work Experience programs. This position will facilitate collaboration with parents, business and industry, external RTO's, post-secondary institutions and community organisations to support student transition to post-secondary education and employment.
About the contract The position is fixed term, full time, 4 years (+4). You will be employed on a full time permanent basis. Your appointment to this role is fixed term for a period of four years, where you will undertake an appraisal before extending for a second term. If you are not reappointed to the role, you will return to a full time teaching position.

Be committed to the goals, ethos and mission of the College as a Catholic school in the Edmund Rice Tradition. Current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers. Professional qualifications in Education and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
