Inspire Excellence: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of NDIS Support Coordinators to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.Drive Strategy: Collaborate with the Program Manager to implement strategic initiatives and optimize service delivery.Empower Clients: Oversee support coordination services, ensuring clients achieve their goals and maximize their NDIS plans.Foster Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, carers, stakeholders, and industry bodies.Champion Growth: Identify and implement opportunities for program development and expansion.About You You're a natural leader with a passion for making a tangible impact in the disability sector.
