Your Role As Program Lead – NDIS Support Coordination, you will:
Inspire Excellence: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of NDIS Support Coordinators to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
Drive Strategy: Collaborate with the Program Manager to implement strategic initiatives and optimize service delivery.
Empower Clients: Oversee support coordination services, ensuring clients achieve their goals and maximize their NDIS plans.
Foster Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, carers, stakeholders, and industry bodies.
Champion Growth: Identify and implement opportunities for program development and expansion.
About You You're a natural leader with a passion for making a tangible impact in the disability sector.
You have: Relevant tertiary qualifications in health (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapy) and/or significant leadership experience.
Expertise in the NDIS framework, disability services, and client-centered care.
Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, drive program outcomes, and foster a positive team culture.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building relationships and inspiring others.
