Job Title: Program Engagement LeadAbout the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Program Engagement Lead to drive the design, coordination, and delivery of essential digital solutions. This position is critical to enabling effective data collection and digital integration across early childhood services, in alignment with key reform outcomes.
As a key stakeholder liaison, you will work across diverse groups spanning technical teams, policymakers, business users, and external suppliers to ensure robust digital capabilities that meet business needs, foster innovation, and deliver meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Stakeholder CoordinationBuild and manage relationships with software providers and internal/external stakeholders.Conduct regular reviews, workshops, and status updates.Manage risks, resolve issues, and escalate where necessary to senior management.Solution Capability AssessmentValidate technical and data requirements to meet core operational needs.Define integration patterns and assess capability requirements with Solution Architects.Contribute to overarching solution architecture and ensure security controls are integrated.Data Collection & GovernanceOversee secure data collection, storage, and usage in line with legal and compliance frameworks.Develop and formalize agreements to facilitate data sharing.Drive the development of detailed data collection and integration specifications.Product ManagementLead discussions with senior stakeholders to define priorities and deliver innovative business solutions.Maintain a detailed understanding of organizational needs and timelines.Facilitate collaboration across working groups and communities of practice.Key Competencies, Skills, and Experience Proven track record in managing complex digital programs with multiple stakeholders.Strong understanding of secure data management, governance, and legal frameworks.Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and project management best practices.Background in the early childhood or education sector is advantageous but not essential.Mandatory Requirements Current or eligibility for a Department of Human Services-issued Working with Children Check.At least 8 years of experience in large-scale enterprise application implementation.Direct experience in advising senior executives on program outcomes and risks.Why Join Us?
