Program Director

Program Director needed with a core focus to scale a team offshore for development support and testing activities. Heavy BFSI background is a must.
We have a Program Director role where you will be working for a large, well-known, and respected organization in the financial services space. Essentially, your core focus is to scale an offshore team for development, support, and testing activities.

Experience we are looking for:Must have led large-scale development projects, particularly on VB.net, and have worked on a product platform.Proven experience managing a team of 70 – 80 staff.Experience liaising with existing senior team leads, offshore program managers, and other stakeholders in an offshore–onsite model.Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate through and overcome any obstacles through sound judgement and collaboration.Experience in the finance sector, and more specifically in the superannuation space will be a huge advantage.We are looking for someone who has grown up the ranks and has sound knowledge in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector, coupled with good development experience, and a person that can manage an onsite-offshore setup.
