About the Role: Strategic & Operational Leadership: Lead and manage a comprehensive cancer program.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with Medical, Nursing, and Allied Health Leads.
Innovative Environment: Drive improvements in patient flow and care systems.
Clinical Governance: Enhance safety and quality across the program. Lead a diverse program encompassing adolescents and young adults, haematology, medical oncology, and radiation oncology. The role will be critical to the effective delivery of CALHN's KPI's as part of the Department for Health and Wellbeing Service Level Agreement to reposition CALHN as a high-performing and accountable healthcare network.
