Program Development Officer | Full-Time Temporary

Details: The Environment, Planning and Sustainable Development directorate (EPSDD) ACT Natural Resource Management (NRM) team is looking for a passionate Program Development Officer to join our team. This position will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to develop strategic programs with a focus on community engagement.ACT NRM has responsibility for strategic program development, delivery, monitoring and reporting, and stakeholder engagement. The section manages programs funded by Australian Government, including the National Landcare Program and ACT Government programs to achieve biodiversity conservation, Aboriginal NRM and sustainable agriculture outcomes in the ACT region. A core focus of the Section is to administer the delivery of on-ground projects in partnership with other organisations, rural landholders, and Aboriginal community to achieve landscape restoration, sustainable agriculture, threatened species management and Aboriginal NRM.This is an exciting opportunity to support the development of programs and engaging content for a variety of audiences and work with subject matter experts across a range of topics.The ACT Public Service supports workforce diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
