About the Role

The Program Designer role will see you position work to the benefits of members and CFA and will support the relevant leadership team and managers within Operational Doctrine and Training. The role will be ideal for a resilient problem solver and strategic thinker who supports the vision and strategic objectives of CFA.
Your days will be varied and will see you manage the development of high-quality operational doctrine and training materials. In addition to the specific duties and accountabilities (as outlined in the attached PD), it is highly desirable for the Program Designer to contribute to the skill sets within ODT in one or more of the following areas:
Environmental scanning
Applied research and/or innovation
Emergency management operational environments
Working within complex policy settings and/or frameworks
VET sector and/or adult education
Complex project management
Registered Training Organisation (RTO) management
Audit and Risk
About You
The person we are looking for will be Tertiary degree qualified and/or hold a current Training and Assessment Certificate (TAE 40116) with an understanding of an RTO environment advantageous.
In addition, you will have demonstrated ability to collaborate and engage with various stakeholders across all levels of CFA along with the ability to work within project frameworks and manage multiple and complex projects at once.
