As a Program Delivery Manager within the Program Delivery Office team, you will be responsible for planning and managing the delivery of the Payroll and Rostering and/or the SAP S/4HANA program of works within Corporate Technology Services (CTS). Your responsibilities will include overseeing technology improvement projects, maintenance programs, and other process, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The objective for the Program Delivery Manager is to ensure that initiatives are executed with the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness, thereby supporting the strategic objectives and mission of CTS.
What You'll Do:Lead and Inspire: Guide and mentor project managers and leads, fostering a cohesive and high-performing delivery environment.Drive Success: Ensure all initiatives follow approved governance processes and are executed to maximize the success of the CTS Roadmap.Collaborate and Coordinate: Work across CTS teams and with external stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions and products.Monitor and Achieve: Develop and maintain a program view of CTS initiatives, ensuring planned outcomes are achieved.Innovate and Improve: Participate in the development of business cases to support funding and approval for significant initiatives.What You'll Bring:Proven experience in managing and delivering complex Payroll and Rostering and/or the SAP S/4HANA projects.Expertise in project and program management methodologies such as PRINCE2 and MSP.Excellent negotiation, consultation, facilitation, and communication skills.Ability to lead and mentor multi-disciplinary technical and functional SAP resources.Benefits of working with Corporate Technology ServicesBe part of a team that is transforming healthcare technology.Work on exciting and impactful projects.Enjoy a collaborative and supportive work environment.Competitive salary and benefits.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Ready to take the next step in your career?
