Job Description: We are looking for a Program Delivery Manager with expertise in Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices to lead our development teams in delivering secure, high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing program execution, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the integration of security practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Agile teams in delivering software projects, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, focusing on security integration.Develop and manage program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve timely and successful delivery.Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.Implement DevSecOps best practices to ensure security is embedded in the software development lifecycle.Monitor program progress, risks, and issues, providing regular updates to stakeholders and implementing corrective actions as needed.Foster strong communication between development, operations, and security teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.Support change management initiatives to drive user adoption and ensure the successful implementation of DevSecOps practices.Conduct regular reviews to assess program performance and identify areas for optimization and improvement.Preferred Skills: Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP).Familiarity with DevSecOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).Knowledge of security frameworks and practices (e.g., OWASP, NIST). #J-18808-Ljbffr
