Full time temporary role available up to December 2027Parramatta or Lismore based roles but other locations in NSW may be considered subject to an approved NSW Reconstruction Authority Office based role with flexible work options and hybrid arrangements available.Clerk Grade 7/8 Salary ($106,025 - $117,363 per annum) plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loadingJoin our Community Recovery Programs Branch as a Program Data Governance & Reporting Analyst and contribute to meaningful programs that support recovery and resilience in our communities.
This role is at the heart of maintaining robust data systems, ensuring high-quality reporting, and supporting program success through effective data governance.About the role:As a Program Data Governance & Reporting Analyst, you will:Ensure Data Integrity: Maintain and update data collections to ensure accurate, complete, and accessible information, and ensure consistency across data management and reporting systems.Develop Data Management Policies and Processes: Create and implement data management practices for the Branch, aligned with the Department's records management procedures, driving best practices.Facilitate Communication: Collaborate with Program Managers to exchange information, maintain accurate data for reporting, and establish effective data collection processes.Prepare Reports and Dashboard: Create Dashboards to generate standard reports and respond to information requests for grant projects.Support Stakeholders: Provide data and insights to support requests from the Minister's Office, Senior Management, and the regional delivery network.About You:To succeed in this role, you will:Bring Data Expertise and innovation: Demonstrate strong experience in developing and maintaining data systems, ensuring accuracy, and implementing best practice governance frameworks.Pay Attention to Detail: Approach data management with precision, identifying inconsistencies and ensuring data integrity.Collaborate Effectively: Work confidently with diverse stakeholders, fostering communication and building efficient processes.Show Analytical Skills: Excel in analysing and interpreting data to produce actionable insights and high-quality reports.Be Adaptable and Responsive: Handle requests from multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders and external partners, with efficiency and professionalism.Essential requirements:Relevant Tertiary Degree and/or experienceCurrent drivers license and willingness to travelIf you're ready to make a difference by enhancing the way data is managed and reported, we'd love to hear from you.
