Program Data Analyst

This position is located in the Bureau of Administration's Directorate of Planning, Resources, and Innovation.

Minimum Qualifications Applicants must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service which provided the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position. Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Effectively preparing, analyzing, visualizing, and presenting both static and dynamic data. Conducting data analysis of multidimensional data from multiple sources with tools such as Excel, PowerBI, and/or Tableau. Applying user-centric data design principles to develop data products that meet user and mission needs, including communicating with users and stakeholders to gather requirements and collect feedback. Effectively managing data analysis projects, including defining scope and delivering project outputs according to agreements. Designing both single-use analytic data products as well as recurrent data products (e.g., dashboard or periodic reports), including validating the accuracy and quality of underlying data pipelines. There is no substitute of education for specialized experience for the GS-13 position. NOTE: Applicants must meet time-in-grade and time after competitive appointment requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
Time-In-Grade Requirements: Federal applicants must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade to satisfy time-in-grade restrictions, per 5CFR 300, Subpart F.
