We are seeking to establish a pool of Program Coordinator – Teaching and Learning for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Program Coordinator - Teaching and Learning role works closely with the Principal and collaborates with members of the leadership team to provide educational leadership in the school and the community by promoting the school vision and facilitating workforce effectiveness.
Suitable applicants will ideally promote positive relationships between students, staff, parents, and the local community as you lead a Professional Learning Community (PLC) which is proactive, innovative, and supportive, to ensure successful learning achievement outcomes for a community of students and teachers. Suitable applicants will ideally apply their professional knowledge and understanding of contemporary instructional strategies to promote teaching, learning and student well-being within the school community.
The suitable applicants will ideally display a sound understanding of the case management of students that includes knowledge of effective intervention, monitoring, and reporting strategies. They will also ideally possess the ability to provide direction and purpose to staff, to build team capacity, capabilities, and cohesion, and to promote an environment of positive quality academic learning experiences for all students.
