This is a 12-month fixed term, full-time position commencing Term 1, 2025 with possible extension and/or permanency.

The Role
We are seeking a Student Services Program Coordinator with exceptional leadership skills, who is an integral member of the senior leadership team.
You will work collaboratively with the principal, the executive team, and the senior leadership team to drive a culture of continuous school improvement, providing educational leadership in the school and the community by promoting the school's strategic directions.
The successful applicant will be highly organised and carry out their role in a manner that is inclusive and collaborative, using strong interpersonal skills and leadership attributes to ensure positive outcomes for all students.
They will have a deep belief that every student can achieve success and be able to provide educational leadership that ensures students are engaged and become successful learners.
With the commitment and desire to create and sustain a student-centred learning environment, you will display excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills with students, parents, and staff, and the ability to develop and maintain positive and effective partnerships with external agencies, and members of the community.
The successful applicant will have a high level of skill working with diverse students to meet their varying needs.
Plus, the ability to demonstrate that they can operate effectively within a focused and distributive leadership team environment and have knowledge and experience in leading PBS at all levels.
The successful applicant will lead, promote, and build upon the school's PBS, which forms an important component of the positive support mechanisms.
You will be an exceptional leader who has proven experience in leading strategic development in Student Services using your highly developed interpersonal, organisational, and change management skills with respectful communication skills in both verbal and written form.
You will lead and collaborate effectively with the other Student Services staff to plan, implement, and monitor student wellbeing programs using evidence to inform strategic planning.
The role will involve leading a combination of lower and senior school year groups.
