Salary: Level 3, $132,143 - $144,601 per annum (pro-rata) (SEA GA 2023)

We are seeking a Student Services Program Coordinator with exceptional leadership skills, who is an integral member of the senior leadership team. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the principal, the executive team, and the senior leadership team to drive a culture of continuous school improvement, providing educational leadership in the school and the community by promoting the school's strategic directions.
You will ideally help drive the school's focus on Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and restorative practices. Utilising strong interpersonal skills and leadership attributes, you will collaborate with staff to ensure success for all students.
As the Program Coordinator, you should lead and collaborate effectively with the other Student Services staff to plan, implement, and monitor student wellbeing programs using evidence to inform strategic planning. Together with the Year 7 to Year 9 Program Coordinator, you would develop and implement strategies that promote a proactive whole-school focus on student engagement and well-being.
