You will develop and promote the school's vision for academic success and encourage school staff, volunteers, and community members to share ownership of the school's vision and goals.Using your effective change strategies, you will lead the school community to accept and develop opportunities for improved service in the Student Services Team.
You will facilitate workforce effectiveness and provide a role model for self-development to improve professional performance.
Additionally, you will contribute to the development of the school plan through participative decision-making, including developing policy and establishing and maintaining systems.As the Program Coordinator, you will manage programs, specific curriculum areas, and general school administration, including the management of school timetable processes.
Your innovative leadership will support access to a range of educational pathways designed to best meet the diverse needs of our student.
Relevant training and mentoring for areas of responsibility will be considered and provided where appropriate.
