Program CoordinatorITEC YouthTownsville, North QueenslandAbout the role:The Program Coordinator will be responsible for delivering high quality, evidence-based services to statutory child protection clients receiving ITEC Youth services. The Program Coordinator will manage young people's daily individual support planning, as per the allocated caseload or assigned caseload by the CEO, as required, due to the absence of other Program Coordinators. The following list of responsibilities is not exhaustive; a full Position description will be provided upon employment.Allocate daily individual support plans for each young person.Develop Care Plans with young people, key team members, and stakeholders.Maintain case management responsibilities and participate in all formal and informal Child Safety (DCSSDS) discussions regarding young people and share information with the young person's Child Safety Officer (CSO).Develop and distribute communication regarding young people's activities, tasks, and goals ensuring that appointments and goals are met.Ensure all young people have the opportunity to attend school or an alternative program.Ensure all young people have ongoing medical and dental consultations and treatment as required.Maintain accurate and timely incident reporting.Ensure all shift reports are submitted & verified before uploading to young people's files.Maintain open communication with young people to ensure they are engaged with the program.Maintain adequate household staples such as groceries and cleaning products.Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of workers (ITEC staff and labour hire companies) to the strictest level.What ITEC is looking for:ITEC Youth is seeking passionate and dynamic program coordinators who are dedicated to empowering young people through innovative programming, fostering a collaborative environment, and driving impactful initiatives that inspire personal and professional growth.
