Our vision is to connect the world to better healthcare.Position Overview: As a Program Coordinator within our Portfolio Management Office (PMO), you will play a pivotal role in supporting program and project success across the organisation. You will be responsible for maintaining governance frameworks, performance reporting, risk management, and providing general program support. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively to ensure the delivery of strategic outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Support governance and performance reporting for programs and projects.Assist in the development of business cases and other project management deliverables.Undertake post-implementation reviews and evaluations to ensure ongoing alignment with goals.Manage and maintain the overarching Portfolio status view and prioritization pipeline.Identify and track program and project risks in alignment with the OET Risk Management framework.Support resource management to ensure effective allocation of people, skills, and experience across programs.Collaborate with project managers to provide program and project support, including workshops, communications, and documentation management.Ensure accurate budget tracking and financial reporting in collaboration with the Finance team.Continuously seek improvements in PMO function and project management processes.About You: We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual who has:Proven experience in governance, performance reporting, and risk management across programs and projects.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Knowledge of project management frameworks, tools, and methodologies.Experience in resource management and budget tracking.A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.What We Offer:Contribute to meaningful projects that make a difference in the healthcare industry.Exceptional career and professional development opportunities.Competitive salary and flexible working arrangements.To be eligible to apply, you must have Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency, or unrestricted work rights.
