$80,000 – $100,000 per year pro rata + superWe are seeking a motivated and organised Program Coordinator to join the Bikes Mwerre team! Our community-focussed youth program organisation is growing and we need an all-rounder ready to be the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries as well as assisting with the delivery of programs when required, providing administrative and operational support to the Regional Manager and Director. This dynamic role offers a combination of communications, administration, logistical coordination as well as gathering and evaluating program data - plus an exciting opportunity to engage with consultation, program co-design and youth and community development activities!About the role:Stakeholder engagement:Manage communications and inquiries to develop relationships with partner organisations and support community-led initiatives.Training & Development:Facilitate training sessions for new and existing staff on policies, processes, and operational procedures to ensure smooth program delivery.Logistics Coordination:Provide logistical support for program delivery, ensuring resources and materials are available and ready for use.Evaluation:Assist in the evaluation of program effectiveness, collecting and organizing feedback, and contributing to reports that assess program outcomes.About you:Organizational & Communication Skills:High level of organization and attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Youth Work or Community Development Experience:Previous experience applying youth work or community development principles including trauma informed practice will be an advantage (but not essential).Bike Skills:Ability to ride a bike is required, as activities will include riding with program participants and occasional external events.Language Proficiency:Proficiency in reading and writing English.Administrative Skills:Strong administrative skills, including scheduling, record-keeping, and managing documentation.IT Competency:Comfortable using various IT systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and general IT troubleshooting.Social Media Savvy:Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in communication and engagement.Youth Engagement:Comfortable interacting with young people and participating in youth-focused activities.
