THE POSITION Maintain and update the Compass Mobilisation Program Gantt Chart, track milestones, and manage deliverables.
Escalate issues where necessary and ensure timely completion of tasks. Lead monthly and quarterly reviews with the core team and corporate support functions, preparing reports on key risks and issues. Oversee the Compass Mobilisation Risk Register, Issues Register, and Requirements Verification Matrix, ensuring a coordinated approach to risk management. Coordinate with various corporate support functions (e.g., Payroll, Recruitment, IS&T) during design, planning, and preparation activities. Actively participate in key meetings and forums, including People and Safety Forum, IS&T Forum, and Commercial Procurement Interfaces. Manage the Compass Group Modifications process and the Commercials Risk and Opportunities Register. Support the mobilisation team by conducting research, managing the Compass Group Teams site, and overseeing document control. Assist in reviewing project budgets to align tasks with available resources and ensure accurate commercial expenditure. Undertake specific mobilisation projects as directed by the Mobilisation Manager. Be a custodian of the Project Gantt Chart and Requirements Verification Matrix, critical tools for project governance and success. Ensure effective governance and risk management processes throughout the project lifecycle. THE PERSON Previous experience in a Hospitals or Healthcare environment, including in a PPP environment, will be highly regarded. Project Management qualifications and/or experience working in complex projects. Advanced skills in MS Project and Excel; high-level research and analytical abilities. Organisational Skills: Exceptional time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment Strong influencing skills to support and drive project success.
