Fixed Term, Part Time | 22.5hrs Per Week | Until 30 June 2025 $33.77 - $35.72 per hour We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Program Coordinator to assist in the successful development and implementation of our Braking the Cycle program at our Innisfail location.
Braking the Cycle (BTC) is our driver mentor program designed to support learner drivers without access to a supervisor or registered vehicle to complete their logbook hours.
The aim of the program is to provide young people with increased employment opportunities and driver education.

The role also supports the Youth Club Manager in daily operational management of the Club and provides appropriate referrals for program participants to relevant community organisations.
About You Minimum Diploma of youth work or a relevant qualification in the area of practiceMinimum 3 years' experience in social and community programsAbility to effectively supervise and develop staff and volunteersDemonstrated experience working with people of all ages and physical attributesHold a current driver's licencePlease note: Working With Children Check (Blue Card) No Card, No Start and Restricted Person legislation applies.
