Braking the Cycle (BTC) is our driver mentor program designed to support learner drivers without access to a supervisor or registered vehicle to complete their logbook hours. The role also supports the Youth Club Manager in daily operational management of the Club and provides appropriate referrals for program participants to relevant community organisations.About YouMinimum Diploma of youth work or a relevant qualification in the area of practiceMinimum 3 years' experience in social and community programsAbility to effectively supervise and develop staff and volunteersDemonstrated experience working with people of all ages and physical attributesHold a current driver's licencePlease note: Working With Children Check (Blue Card) No Card, No Start and Restricted Person legislation applies.
