Will travel as needed to Central/Eastern Districts.Posting Context Statement: The 4-H Youth Development Program Coordinator will have a variety of administrative responsibilities to help the University of Idaho 4-H plan and implement the Learn Everywhere with 4-H program.
Responsibilities include supporting the Program Specialist, providing guidance and direction on converting 4-H curriculum into online learning and working within the region to provide technical and programmatic support to 4-H professionals on the Learn Everywhere with the 4-H program.Position Overview: This position is responsible for providing day-to-day operations support to team members throughout the planning, implementation and delivery of programs, and may serve as first point of contact for the unit.Duties may include:Serving as primary contact with program participants, customer service and office support functionsFacilitating communication between program participants and managerial staffCoordinating arrangements for the program such as meetings, conferences and banquetsCollecting, compiling and summarizing program data and managing recordsMaintaining program calendars and schedulesUtilizing University programs to create, review and approve financial documents and to provide routine financial reports to the program administratorOther duties as assignedThis position is remote and located at an off-campus location.
