Braking the Cycle (BTC) is our driver mentor program designed to support learner drivers without access to a supervisor or registered vehicle to complete their logbook hours. The role also supports the Youth Club Manager in daily operational management of the Club and provides appropriate referrals for program participants to relevant community organisations.About YouMinimum 3 years' experience in social and community programsAbility to effectively supervise and develop staff and volunteersDemonstrated experience working with people of all ages and physical attributesHold a current driver's licencePlease note:Working With Children Check (Blue Card) No Card, No Start and Restricted Person legislation applies.All PCYC employees are required to complete a National Police Check upon commencement.PCYC is committed to achieving and supporting a diverse workforce.
