Fortnightly salary: $4998.50 - $5359.70
Job duration: 26/01/2026 with possibility of extension
Key responsibilities include:Plan for and lead the activities of change management across the program/business, including the development and execution of effective change management plans and strategies.Assess change impact and readiness of the organisation and recommend strategies for managing identified issues.Provide leadership and oversee the communication for programs of change to ensure changes are understood and commitment to these changes is gained.Work closely with the internal communications team to deliver consistent and timely key messaging on the program.Identify and manage change management related risks and issues through appropriate strategies and initiatives.Provide strategic advice to program board and key stakeholders on change management, ensuring all necessary elements are embedded in plans.Monitor, evaluate, and report to senior management and stakeholders on the effectiveness and progress of change management plans.Facilitate stakeholder workshops and other required change management engagement activities.Applications will remain current for 12 months.
