Assist in preparation of Tender and Bids. Tasks include preparation and compiling of Compliance Matrix, Request and review of Technical Equipment and Quotations from 3rd Party vendors. Assist in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan. • Assist in the implementation of the project management lifecycle up to closure and documentation. Attends the Weekly Progress Meetings (Internal & External) and assist in preparation of works with the Program Manager. Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each assignment. Coordinates materials and assists in the logistics, its shipment and receipt at project site. Coordinates with all project related personnel on day-today progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project and documentation Provide full support as required by the Program Manager (PM) • Support coordination and conduct of site survey with Internal and External parties e.g vendors and suppliers to review scope of work and finalizing quotations, method of statement, implementation plans and risks assessment. Support PM and Technical team in reviewing technical proposal from suppliers e.g UPS, Servers, etc vendors if it meets our requirements. Support PM and Technical team in preparing technical drawings in 2D, 3D e.g power line diagram, FO/UTP networking, as built drawings on site layout drawing on VISO or AutoCAD. 3D drawings on BIM. Knowledge Areas and Exposure during internship:
Project Management Processes Collaboration with regional teams. Communication, interpersonal and Problem Solving skills Exposure to global business and commercial environment Operations and functions of X-Ray Inspection Units, Aviation Security Screening and its applications. The Individual Skills and Experience:
Possess excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal skills with the ability to multi task several projects at once. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.
