About the role
We are seeking a Program and Scholarship Administration Specialist (Virtual Team) to coordinate and oversee the effective delivery of a wide range of tasks.
Reporting to the Team Leader, Program & Scholarship Administration (Virtual Team) and working alongside dedicated, energised, and passionate team members, you will:
Coordinate and oversee the effective delivery of a wide range of tasks supported by The Smith Family's volunteers, including in office Adelaide volunteers as well as volunteers working virtually.
Participate in special projects and working groups to ensure effective delivery of programs.
Conduct recruitment, induction, training and supervision of volunteers to complete tasks within agreed timeframes and to determined quality standards.
Conduct specialist activity to support the overall management of virtual volunteering and operational tasks.
About you
As well as passion for community, you will bring the following:
Highly developed organisational and administrative skills Ability to engage with, support and manage the contribution of virtual volunteers sourced from a variety of backgrounds Ability to communicate with varied audiences including the capacity to deliver training Advanced computer literacy: Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Web technologies.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload and meet deadlines
