The IFVP provides strategic leadership to drive effective responses to family violence and support Victoria's family violence reforms.
The Program Administrator will support the IFVP Principal Strategic Advisor with a variety of administrative duties including: Agenda preparation and minute taking for governance group and partnership meetings Support with organising training sessions and events, including registration of attendees, booking venues and arranging catering Preparation of program reports, ensuring they are submitted within required timeframes Maintaining the South Safe and Ask Someone websites and e-newsletters What's on offer In addition to receiving a salary commencing at SCHADS Level 3 and superannuation , you'll also receive 17.5% leave loading and an ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits.

About you To be successful in your application you will meet the person specification in the position description, including having a relevant qualification or professional training in Business Administration or a related discipline.
You will also have extensive experience in administration support roles and knowledge of the Victorian family violence reform agenda.
You will have strong organisation skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a varied workload with conflicting tasks and deadlines.
A strong initiative and relationship-building skills are essential to this role.
Well-developed computer literacy skills are also key.
