12 + 6 + 6 month contract $85 - $102 per hour (inc-Super) - Capped ACT, Adelaide or Melbourne Address NV1 Security Clearance Mandatory Our client, a large Federal Government Organisation, are seeking the experience of a Program Analyst (Portfolio Financials) for a 12 + 6 + 6 month contract, based in Canberra, Adelaide or Melbourne.
Duties of the Program Analyst (Portfolio Financials) Responsible for Portfolio Financial Reports. Coordinating the preparation of new funding bids and reporting. Running end of month and end of financial year reconciliation processes. Governance and reporting. Quality check of project reports and artefacts. Provide advice and feedback to Project Managers. Secretariat of governance groups. Monitor and provide feedback to Project Managers on all artefacts and deliverables (as required). Skills and Experience Required Experience holding responsibility for Portfolio Financial Reports. The ability to coordinate the preparation of new funding bids and reporting. Experience running end of month and end of financial year reconciliation processes. Experience with using Defence finance reporting tools (desired).
