Experienced Financial Planner

Our client is a reputable National Financial Services Group who provide Accounting, Financial Planning and Lending services to their clients.
As part of continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Financial Planner to collaborate with the Accounting team for new client referrals which in turn will be managed by Financial Planners to provide an ongoing service.
This is a unique position which will include the following:
Liaise with and establish relationships with internal referral partners.Meet and engage with new clients to understand their financial needs and goals.Manage the client advice process from lead screening to engagement and be accountable for managing a pipeline.Partner with a team of internal Accountants and Financial Planners.Partner with the Accounting team to position the Financial Planning services and initiate new business.Connect clients with an Adviser for ongoing advice.Enjoy a steady supply of client leads from internal referral programs.This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated and driven individual with strong relationship skills and recent Financial Planning experience.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Previous experience as a Senior Financial Adviser, having completed the FASEA exam and listed on the Adviser register.Driven to develop new client relationships, self-motivated.Passionate about meeting new clients and helping them achieve financial success.A strong team player who is able to collaborate with internal referral partners and key stakeholders.Previous experience in working collaboratively with Accountants is highly desirable.Strong business development skills to meet new business growth targets.Strong technical knowledge across Financial Planning and SMSFs.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Benefits to you include:
