About the Role: Ignite is recruiting a dynamic and qualified Senior Program Analyst to undertake major initiatives to deliver innovative, tailored ICT solutions aimed at enhancing a major national program.
You will play a critical role by offering ongoing support and guidance to the branch, ensuring that its directorates and stakeholders are empowered.
This enables the branch to effectively maintain and deliver cutting-edge scheme platforms that serve participants, staff, providers, and partners.
About the Client: As an independent Australian Government regulator this organisation uses a nationally consistent approach to promote safe practices and elevate the quality and diversity of providers' services.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of directorate strategies.
Work on team's workflow activities and streamline tasks to improve efficiency.
Have a hands-on approach to guide and support the team.
Facilitate team meetings and manage team kanban board.
Lead and guide a small team of officers & coordinators to ensure the successful execution of the branch's resourcing and costing.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for newcomers, ensuring equipment, access and adequate training are provided.
Serve as a communication link between team members and other stakeholders in the branch.
Schedule & organise project meetings/workshops with both internal and external stakeholders.
Safeguard directorate processes and documentation.
Assist in the branch procurement activities under Assistant Director guidance.
Ideal Candidate : 4-6 years' experience working in a Senior Program Analyst or similar role.
Demonstrate leadership skills and efficient team management.
Demonstrate strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrate experience in hands-on resource management.
Demonstrate well-developed communications skills.
Demonstrate competency in Microsoft applications, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
