The Role We are looking for a driven and skilled administration and customer support professional to fill the role of Program Administrator for a large nursing education program at the Alfred Emergency Academic Centre (AEAC).

Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding administrative support to the Program Manager and Nurse EducatorsCoordinate our online learning and other project systems – your IT skills will be crucial!Assist in organising clinical placements and workshops, including venue sourcing, catering, AV needs, travel bookings, and occasional on-site support throughout regional VictoriaEngage with learners by coordinating program enrolments, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring participants have a fantastic experienceGeneral administration tasks including finance, IT, travel bookings, and supporting the wider AEAC nursing teamIf you're keen to be part of a program that supports regional health and join a high-functioning and friendly team, we want to hear from you!
