We are Australia's largest company in this sector, providing essential services to millions of customers and communities nationally.The OpportunityRespond to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts, programs, projects, services provided, and persons affected. Liaise with cross-functional departments, including Finance, Sales, and HSEQ teams, to identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues. Collect and analyse data associated with projects undertaken, and report on project outcomes. Develop positive working relationships with other support functions and stakeholders to build a network. Maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of standard end to end processes in scope and systems, including handover points with other functions. Utilize JDE and VRP systems to ensure accurate flow of jobs to branch for scheduling. Develop, review and negotiate variations to contracts, programs, projects and services. About You Proven ability to maintain positive stakeholder relationships. Sound knowledge of JDE & VRP systems. Intermediate skills with the MS Office Suite. Strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills.
