Full Time, Permanent Opportunity About the Opportunity In this role you will provide a full range of timely, confidential administrative support and related services to the Associate Director and the broader Program, and work collaboratively and proactively with the Program to carry out various administrative tasks.
This will include a wide range of administrative support services, including email and diary management, filing and records management, maintenance of registers and routine databases, financial reporting and processing, and compilation of manuals and reports.
This is a great opportunity to support diverse teams across Park Lands & Sustainability, City Planning & Heritage, and Low Carbon & Circular Economy that provide direct, long-term impacts for our city.
About You To be successful in this role you will have: Experience in providing a broad range of administrative and related services, including email, records, diary management and invoicing.
Proven ability to exercise judgement, maintain confidentiality, prioritise work tasks, apply problem solving skills and be flexible to changing work demands.
Excellent customer service skills including highly developed verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Advanced skills in computing applications including MS Office suite, TechOne (or similar), word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation software such as PowerPoint, and e-mail.
